辣味初心

 

「辣味豆哥」的創立，來自共同創辦人陶主廚想傳遞家族味覺密碼給更多辣味同好者而誕生的品牌。

與眾不同的陶主廚家，從小是由父親-陶明君先生，小名:『豆哥』掌廚，餐餐都是川味大菜，滿滿父親對家人的重視與愛。長大後，陶主廚不但考取最高等級乙級廚師執照，更沿著兒時的味蕾記憶，走訪大江南北，遍嚐百種香料與食材，歷時三年，終於研發出首支商品「花椒香辣醬」，其香、辣、麻的獨家黃金比例，一舉奪得歐洲國際風味評鑑獎的肯定。

 

陶主廚研發辣味醬料的初衷是為了讓喜歡吃辣的人能開心愉悅的吃辣，且與最愛的朋友、家人一起分享這份辣味的滿足感與愉悅感。

 

「辣味豆哥」的每樣商品，都秉持「嚴選食材、講究工法、極上知味」的初心，就像豆哥當年什麼都堅持給家人最好的，我們也堅持讓大家吃得到真材實料、獨家配方。希望大家無論在家自用、分享給親朋好友，都能感受到我們重視飲食的用心，也讓這份對辣味的滿足感一直伴隨者大家。

The core elements of CHILISMAN are Sichuan peppers and chili among many of our products. Our exclusive recipe related to Sichuan peppers is from our co-founder,  Chef Ms. Tao who has a unique perspective on spiciness. She hopes to provide more delicious condiments and prepared food to more spicy lovers.     

 

Buying CHILISMAN is not for finishing a rush meal but for an easy gourmet journey even if you are not in a restaurant.
